We take responsibility for what we build - and how we build it.

Responsibility is part of how we operate every day. It guides how we develop products, work with suppliers and partners, reduce our environmental impact, support our people and create long-term value.

Built to last

Long product lifetimes help reduce the need for replacement and support more efficient use of resources.

Measured and documented

We continue to expand access to verified environmental data about our products.

Using resources responsibly

We work to use lower-carbon materials, reduce material use and waste, and increase the use of recycled content.

Our circularity framework

The framework guides our work across the product life cycle - from sourcing and design to production and the next life of products and materials.

Design for circularity

We work to integrate circular thinking into product development, helping support durability, repairability and efficient use of resources throughout a product's lifecycle.

Source recycled materials

Across our brands, we are increasing the use of recycled materials where quality, performance and availability allow.

Reduce waste

We continue to reduce production waste and improve how materials are used across our operations.

Develop circular business models

We are exploring new approaches that can help extend product lifetimes and support more circular use of resources.

Reducing emissions across our value chain

 Our operations

We continue to reduce emissions from our operations through energy efficiency improvements and increased use of renewable energy across our production sites.

Our supply chain

Most of our emissions are linked to purchased materials and transportation. We work with suppliers and use data and insights to help reduce these emissions.

Our products

We continue to strengthen product data and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to support lower-carbon decisions across the value chain.

Our climate ambition

Guided by science

Our climate targets are validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), helping ensure that our ambitions are aligned with climate science.

Our 2030 milestones

By 2030, we aim to reduce emissions from our own operations (Scope 1 and 2) by 42% and emissions from our value chain (Scope 3) by 25%, compared to our 2021 baseline.

Our 2050 ambition

Our long-term ambition is to reduce emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 90% by 2050 and achieve net-zero emissions through continued collaboration across the value chain.
